The home was built from very start to finish by Adam Fries' Sun Peak Builders, who, alongside Meredith, designed every aspect of the home. Within the build itself, Sun Peak Builders locally sourced and hand crafted most of the wood aspects, from the beautiful ceiling beams to the dining tables.​
